JPA The JPA (JROTC Program of Accreditation) inspection is an event the Army conducts every three years to inspect school battalions to see if they are meeting and adhering to proscribed standards. Obtaining an Honor Unit Distinction authorizes the SAI to write recommendations to military service academies.
